NOCCO, one of Seattle's finest conductor-less chamber orchestras, presents their Spring concert, The Silken Ladder. The Overture to Rossini's farcical comic opera, La Scala di Seta, and Haydn's Symphony No. 60, based on his incidental music for the play "Il Distratto", set the stage for a world premiere by NOCCO's own principal clarinetist and composer par excellence, Sean Osborn.
