Jonna Duvernoy will guide you through restorative supported postures (held for several minutes at time) while Maria creates a soundscape of healing waves from her cello and crystal alchemy singing bowls. The session will end with a Sound Bath of nourishing tones from the Singing Bowls. You will be ready for the new year after this reset of your body and spirit!
